About Me

My name is Emilio Ferreira. I'm a programmer from Mexico City. I have a degree in Computer Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where I studied from 2013 to 2017. My main interests are machine learning, security, and videogame development.

I'm currently looking to study a Masters in Computer Science, to further pursue my interest of machine learning. I'm also practicing my web development skills and looking for interesting side projects to work on.

In the past, I've worked on projects like implementing Q-learning for Super Mario Bros emulator, I created a recursive descent based compiler for a programming language called Int64 (developed by my teacher Ariel Ortiz), programmed several videogames (one was a top contender at a hackathon) and participated in a research project as a developer.

I'm currently working as a freelance developer, doing anything from websites to games. Below you can find several links where you can see descriptions and even download some of my projects.
